I chose analytical because I am extremely analytical and I like to break down and understand information to help me make adecision. Undetstanding something to its core is a form of control and safety for me. I tend to deep dive into things I am considering - Right now I am looking at getting African Dwarf Frogs for my desk and I have read no less than 20 care sheets to find the best care for them.
I chose arranger because I do like things organized and according to plan; however, I am great at pivoting if something changes. I thrive in situations I can control but are also dynamic so I do not get bored. Yes, I organized these by their number in the file. I am the go to person for advice when my freinds and family need advice on how to solve something or how to change plans most effectively.
I chose command because I am completely comfortable stepping into command. I am quite introverted but I would rather lead than deal with indicision. This often comes in emergency situations; however I am currently the group project leader in another class because no one would make a decision and I wanted to move on with the project.
I chose dicipline because I like my routines and run by strict deadlines. I am almost always early and prepared. I am very hard on myself when I make mistakes. For example, I worked so hard to get project #1 done and I cried when I had to ask for an extension. I see this strength a lot in work and school in regards to meeting deadlines.
I chose Input because I love collecting things and knowledge. My mother has always called me a sponge. I love when I know something helpful off of the top of my head! I tend to collect items in my personal life. I also keep copious notes for no reason sometimes. I just finally got rid of the notes from my first degree!
Overall, of all my strengths, I would like to develop command even further. I will step up, but I am still occasionally hesitant to do so and not completely confident in myself. As I get older, I find myself in more positions where I have to take charge, so being more confident in my command strength would be great!
